Programme Introduction
This programme is designed to equip parents and caregivers with knowledge of the importance of keeping children safe online while they are gaming. The programme is designed for parents and caregivers who have little to no knowledge of gaming, or effective child online protection methods and strategies.
After having completed this programme, parents and caregivers will have a better understanding of the risks and benefits of gaming for children, and be equipped with practical strategies they can implement to keep their children safe.
This programme was developed in collaboration with AESA, the National Institute for Crime Prevention and the Reintegration of Offenders, and the Centre for Justice and Crime Prevention.
